Arrived in North Las Vegas

We left Rock Springs about 7:45 AM. The landscape was beautiful as we traveled to North Las Vegas. We arrived around 3:45, Pacific time. We did a little late Christmas shopping and arrived at David's at 5:30.  Below are two of the pictures we took on this leg of the trip.

Arrived at 5:30 Mountain Time for the night.

We made it safely to Rock Springs. There was a time change, so it was really 6:30 our time. Stan drove all but 3 hours. We enjoyed the vast open prairie with the tumbleweeds tumbling across the highway. Highway signs warned that there were wind gusts of 50+ mph. Snow covered mountains surround Rock Springs.

Off to North Las Vegas to Visit David and Laura

We left at 7:20 Friday morning. Gas price here is $2.89! We are headed to Rock Springs, Wyoming for the night.
